🚀 New Feature: Class Reporting (Early Version Now Live)

Hey everyone,

We're really excited to share that we’ve just rolled out the first version of our Class Reporting area inside Musall! 🎉

This new section is designed to give teachers and nursery managers a simple overview of how classes are engaging with Musall — including what activities have been completed, which devices are connected, and the general progress across your sessions.

At this early stage, the feature includes limited functionality - but it’s a solid foundation that we’ll be building on heavily over the next few weeks.

🧩 What You Can Do So Far

Here’s a quick breakdown of what’s currently live:

• Device Overview: You can now see all iPads linked to your account (e.g. “iPad 1”, “iPad 2”), along with their connection status.

• Activity Tracking: Each device now reports back which activity or lesson is currently active - so you can get a quick snapshot of what’s happening in your classroom.

• Session Data: When a child completes an activity, Musall automatically logs the event in the backend, meaning future analytics (like completion counts, engagement time, and popular activities) will soon build from real data, not estimates.

• Backend Integration: All reporting data is handled securely via our new Firebase + Wix backend connection, which syncs real-time information without manual refreshes.

🔧 What’s Coming Next

We’ve got a lot planned for this area, including:

• Detailed progress reports for each class and device

• Per-child activity summaries (optional)

• Exportable insights for planning and curriculum alignment

• Smarter filtering - so you can quickly see engagement across dates, activities, or devices

This is all part of the long-term vision to make Musall not just a teaching tool, but a platform that helps educators track creativity, engagement, and development over time, without adding to their workload.
