Early Access Scheme - Terms & Conditions

This statement was last updated: 8th October 2025

Musall is a brand owned and operated by Lemon Slice Limited.
These terms and conditions apply to members of the Musall Early Access Scheme.

1. Provider

The provider refers to Lemon Slice Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, (Company No. 15313094), with our registered office at:

Hyde Park House, Cartwright Street, Hyde, SK14 4EH, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom,

and any of its associated brands, including but not limited to Musall.

2. Definition of the Scheme

References to the “Early Access Scheme”, “EAS”, or similar terms refer to a specific membership offered by the provider that grants members early access to future Musall app iterations. This may include, but is not limited to, experimental features, new content, and pre-release app versions.

Members pay an annual fee to join the membership. The fee amount is displayed at the time of sign-up and must be paid in full before access can be granted. The provider may amend the fee at its discretion. Once payment has been received, access will be activated.

3. Membership Duration and Renewal

Each membership is valid for 12 months from the date payment is received. After this period, all access to materials, apps, accounts, and logins will be revoked unless the member renews their membership.

Renewal requires full payment of the current annual fee. The new 12-month period begins immediately after the previous membership term ends.

The provider reserves the right to revoke, cancel, suspend, or extend any membership if deemed necessary and valid.

4. Beta-Stage Disclaimer

Members acknowledge that app versions, features, content, and materials accessed through the scheme are works in progress. Bugs, faults, or incomplete functionality may exist.

In the unlikely event that a bug or fault causes damage to a member’s device or data, the provider accepts no liability for repair costs, loss, or consequential damages.

5. Changes to the Scheme

The provider may update or discontinue the Early Access Scheme, including its pricing, content, or duration, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through their account.

6. Refunds

Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with eligibility and refund amount determined at the discretion of the provider.

7. Discounts and Money-Back Criteria

“Money-back criteria” refers to the specific actions or milestones a member must complete to qualify for a discount.

a) The maximum discount available will not exceed the amount paid for the current term of membership.

b) Discounts apply only to select annual subscriptions and are granted solely at the provider’s discretion.

c) Once all criteria are met and verified, the discount becomes available.

d) If a member cancels or chooses not to renew their membership, they forfeit any unused or pending discounts.

e) Only one discount may be applied per subscription and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly authorised by the provider.

f) Applying a discount does not extend the membership duration.

g) Discounts cannot reduce the payable amount below £1 or apply to subscriptions with a minimum commitment.

8. Data Protection

All personal information provided during registration will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Permitted Use

Members must not share their access credentials, redistribute materials, or make the app or its content publicly available. Access is strictly for personal or educational use only.

Each membership applies to one physical nursery or educational location and may not be shared across multiple sites of the same organisation.
