We offer a 14-day returns period from the day you receive your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must conform to the following:
Be unused
In their original packaging
In the same condition you recieved them in
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can authorise the return.
Digital Products
Our digital content (including app access and activities) is non-refundable once accessed, as it cannot be returned.
If a refund is issued for a physical product that includes digital access, your account will be removed from the platform as part of the refund process, unless you choose to repurchase or under a circumstance agreed by us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incomplete, we will cover the cost of return postage.
We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return Shipping
For all non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 2–5 working days back to your original payment method.
